Cookie Policy
Last updated: 9 February 2026
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your computer through your browser. They let the site remember information about your visit — such as your preferences — so that your next visit goes more smoothly. This policy explains the cookies the Nova website uses, grouped by category, and how you can manage them. We may also use local storage in a similar way for a small number of settings; the controls described here apply to it as well.
Why we use cookies
We use cookies for three reasons: to make the site work properly, to remember choices you make, and to understand — in aggregate and anonymously — how visitors use the site. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not allow third-party advertisers to track you on our site, and we do not sell cookie data to anyone. The categories below set out exactly what each type of cookie does.
Essential Cookies
Essential cookies are necessary for the website to function. They make it possible for the site to keep you signed in, to remember that you have accepted this policy, and to keep a purchase session working while you are on the payment pages. These cookies are set automatically and cannot be switched off through the site. They do not collect information for marketing purposes, and they do not identify you beyond what is technically required for the task they perform.
Functional Cookies
Functional cookies remember choices you make so you do not have to repeat them. For example, they store your preferred language, the colour theme you selected and other display settings, and they remember that you have already seen a particular message or notice. These cookies are placed only if you consent to them. If you disable them, the site continues to work normally, but your preferences will not be saved between visits and you may see the same notices again.
Analytics Cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand how the website is used: which pages people visit, in what order, for how long, and on what kind of device. The information these cookies collect is combined with everyone else's and summarised, so individual visitors cannot be identified from it. We use the summaries to decide what to improve on the site and what to build next in Nova. Analytics cookies do not track you across other websites, and we do not connect them to advertising or profiling in any way.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can review, block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time:
- Chrome: click the three-dot menu, choose Settings, go to Privacy and security, and open Cookies and other site data — from there you can block cookies or clear the ones already stored.
- Safari: open Safari, choose Settings from the Safari menu, go to the Privacy tab, and use the options for blocking cookies and managing website data.
- Firefox: click the menu button, choose Settings, go to Privacy & Security, and adjust the Cookies and Site Data section.
If you block all cookies, parts of the site — including the purchase flow — may stop working correctly. We therefore recommend blocking only the non-essential categories rather than all cookies, if your goal is to limit tracking.
Changes and questions
We may update this policy when our practices change; the date at the top of the page is the latest revision. If you have questions about cookies or about any of the information described here, email support@nova-hub.top or use the contact details on our Contact page.
